AIO Platform Selection FAQ
Key questions to review before selecting an integrated oil-device platform.
How should an AIO platform be matched to the oil or formulation?
Share the available oil, formulation, viscosity and intended-use information. Platform review may consider the oil-intake direction, heating structure, airflow, tank configuration and expected storage or use conditions. Suitability should be confirmed through project-specific sample evaluation rather than assumed from appearance alone.
How are leakage, clogging and burnt-taste risks evaluated?
These risks are influenced by more than one feature. Oil properties, intake structure, heating direction, airflow, filling procedure, closure, storage conditions and actual use testing can all matter. No platform should be treated as universally leak-proof, clog-free or compatible with every formulation.
What should be confirmed before filling and closing an AIO device?
Confirm the filling direction, closure method, applicable operating sequence, post-filling handling and any equipment or timing requirements connected to the selected platform. The correct procedure may differ between product structures.
How can storage and transportation conditions affect the hardware?
Temperature changes, storage duration, product orientation, transport conditions and the formulation itself may influence the condition of filled hardware. Target-market storage and shipping conditions should therefore be considered during sample review.
How should rechargeable and non-rechargeable directions be compared?
Review the intended capacity, expected user journey, device size, charging interface and target product experience together. A charging decision should not be based on tank capacity alone, and the available direction depends on the actual platform.
