The FLC003 is a customizable empty 510 cartridge available in 0.5ML and 1ML tank capacities. It features a 1.7Ω ceramic heating coil and a center metal path designed to support stable heating, smooth vapor production and consistent flavor delivery.
Its transparent tank provides clear oil-level visibility, while the polished metal structure and standard 510 threaded connection make it suitable for a wide range of compatible 510 battery programs.
FLC003 is available with black, white and blue mouthpiece options, allowing brands to create differentiated product lines for different markets, oil formulations and packaging concepts.
The 1.7Ω ceramic heating system provides controlled heating with lower thermal load than lower-resistance cartridge designs. Final performance depends on the oil viscosity, terpene content, filling temperature, battery output and compatibility between the cartridge and the specific formulation.
FLC003 is suitable for CBD distillate, THC distillate and other tested concentrated oil formulations. Oil compatibility and leak resistance should be validated with the customer’s formulation before mass production.
