Frequently Asked Questions
When does the lead time begin?
Sample timing begins after the required product information is confirmed. Production timing begins after the final sample, specifications, artwork, packaging requirements and commercial arrangements are approved.
Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes. FUNLE can coordinate cargo handover to a customer-nominated forwarder after pickup requirements, responsibilities and shipment details are confirmed.
Does transit time include customs clearance?
No. Transit ranges are shipping estimates. Customs clearance, inspections and local delivery may add time depending on the destination.
Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
Unless otherwise agreed for a specific project, import duties, taxes, permits and local requirements are the responsibility of the buyer or importing party.
Can I track my shipment?
Tracking or forwarder details are shared after cargo handover when they are available from the selected carrier or logistics provider.
Can the delivery estimate change after approval?
Yes. Revisions, material availability, production scheduling, carrier conditions, customs or regional disruptions may require the estimate to be updated.
Can FUNLE ship to every destination?
Route availability is reviewed according to the product, battery configuration, quantity and destination. A route is not considered confirmed until the shipment requirements have been reviewed.
