The FLD008 is a slim and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform designed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 2ml tank capacity, a 280mAh battery and a constant 3.6V output. The 1.2Ω resistance configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a suitable oil formulation.
The device uses a 4 × 2.0mm oil-intake configuration to support stable oil flow and consistent coil saturation. Final compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Measuring 95.05 × 19.55 × 11.16mm and weighing only 20.7g, the FLD008 provides a slim, lightweight and portable format suitable for branded disposable hardware projects.
Custom device colors, logo printing, surface finishes and retail packaging can be developed according to specific OEM and ODM requirements.
