The FLD009 is a rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform designed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a standard 2ml tank capacity, with configurations available up to 3ml depending on project requirements. The top-filling structure supports a convenient production filling process, while the press-and-lock mouthpiece helps provide secure assembly after filling.
The device uses a 1.6Ω ceramic coil designed to support controlled heating, consistent oil absorption and smooth vapor delivery when matched with a suitable oil formulation.
Powered by a 350mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD009 uses button activation for direct operation and improved user control. Final hardware performance should be validated with the selected oil through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Custom device colors, logo printing, tank capacity, surface finishes, functional configuration and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
