The FLB004 Twist Pen is a slim, pen-style 510-thread battery designed for portable use and customizable vape hardware programs.
Powered by a 650mAh rechargeable battery, the FLB004 provides three selectable voltage levels—3.0V, 3.6V and 3.8V—allowing users to match the output with different compatible cartridges and oil formulations. The voltage configuration can also be modified according to specific OEM and ODM project requirements.
Its durable stainless steel housing measures 15.5mm in diameter and 119mm in height, providing a clean, streamlined appearance while maintaining a lightweight product weight of 46g.
The standard 510-thread connection supports selected cartridges with capacities ranging from 0.5ml to 2ml, subject to cartridge dimensions and compatibility testing. A Type-C charging port provides convenient recharging for everyday use.
Custom logo printing, housing colors, voltage settings, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for private-label projects.
