The FLD018 is a rechargeable dual-tank disposable vape hardware platform developed for dual-flavor OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features two independent 0.9ml tanks, providing a total capacity of 1.8ml. The center post-free dual-tank structure allows two compatible formulations or flavors to be configured within one compact device.
The FLD018 uses a 1.2Ω resistance configuration. In single-flavor mode, the device provides a constant output of 3.4V ± 0.1V. In dual-flavor mode, the output is 3.1V ± 0.1V, supporting simultaneous operation of both tanks.
A touch-control area provides convenient mode operation. Five consecutive taps turn the device on or off, one tap displays the currently selected flavor, two taps switch between individual flavors and three taps activate dual-flavor mode.
Powered by a 400mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD018 includes a Type-C charging port. Its compact body measures 76.9 × 42.6 × 19.8mm and weighs 36g.
Custom logo printing, device colors, touch-interface graphics, tank configurations, flavor indicators and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
