The FLD032 is a slim disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 2.0ml tank capacity, a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant output of 3.7V ± 0.1V. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
The device incorporates a 4 × 2.0mm oil-intake configuration to support stable oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 350mAh battery, the FLD032 measures 102 × 20 × 10.7mm and weighs only 21g. Its slim rectangular structure provides a lightweight and portable format suitable for customized 2ml vape hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, surface finishes and retail packaging can be developed according to specific OEM and ODM requirements.
