The FLB007 U Slim is a compact stainless steel 510-thread battery developed for portable use and customizable vape hardware programs.
Powered by a 650mAh rechargeable battery, the device offers three selectable voltage levels—3.0V, 3.3V and 3.6V—allowing users to match the output with different compatible cartridges and oil formulations. Voltage settings can also be modified according to specific OEM and ODM project requirements.
The FLB007 features a slim cylindrical body measuring 14mm in diameter and 85mm in height. With a net weight of only 25g, it provides a lightweight and pocket-friendly solution for everyday carrying.
Its standard 510-thread connection supports selected cartridges with capacities ranging from 0.5ml to 3ml, subject to cartridge dimensions and compatibility testing. The stainless steel housing provides a durable and clean appearance, while the Type-C charging port supports convenient recharging.
Custom logo printing, housing colors, surface finishes, voltage configurations and retail packaging are available for private-label projects.
