The FLD011 is a rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform designed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available in 2.0ml, 3.0ml, 4.0ml and 5.0ml capacity options, allowing brands to select the appropriate configuration for different markets and product positioning.
The device features a 1.2Ω resistance and three selectable voltage levels: P1 at 2.6V, P2 at 3.2V and P3 at 3.8V. These output settings provide flexible power control when matched with a suitable oil formulation.
The FLD011 is available with draw-activated or button-activated configurations. Its Type-C charging port and built-in 400mAh rechargeable battery support convenient everyday use.
The hardware incorporates a SUS316L component with a 4 × 1.8mm oil-intake configuration. Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Measuring 71.0 × 41.1 × 18.5mm and weighing 35.8g, the FLD011 provides a compact multi-capacity format suitable for customized hardware projects.
Custom logo printing, device colors, capacity, voltage settings, activation method, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM programs.
