The FLD012 is a rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform supporting both single-tank and dual-tank configurations for OEM, ODM and private-label projects.
It is available in 1.0ml or 2.0ml single-tank configurations, as well as 1.0ml × 2 or 2.0ml × 2 dual-tank configurations. The flexible capacity options allow brands to develop products with a total capacity ranging from 1.0ml to 4.0ml.
The device features a 1.2Ω resistance and three selectable constant-voltage output levels: 2.4V, 2.8V and 3.2V. Both single-tank and dual-tank operation provide the selected voltage to the corresponding tank. A 1.8V preheat mode helps prepare the heating system before normal operation.
The FLD012 uses draw activation for simple button-free operation. Its built-in 400mAh rechargeable battery and bottom Type-C charging port provide convenient power support.
The hardware incorporates a SUS316L component with a 4 × 1.6mm oil-intake configuration. Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Measuring 69.8 × 43.6 × 22.3mm and weighing 46.8g, the FLD012 provides a compact dual-tank format suitable for customized hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, tank configuration, voltage settings, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
