The FLD027 is a compact transparent disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 2.0ml tank capacity and a transparent structural design that allows the internal oil chamber or oil level to remain visible, depending on the final product configuration.
The device uses a 1.4Ω resistance and provides a constant output of 3.7V ± 0.1V. This configuration is designed to support controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
Its 4 × 2.0mm oil-intake configuration is designed to support oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 300mAh battery, the FLD027 measures 89 × 30 × 13mm and weighs 28g. Its compact rectangular body provides a lightweight and portable format suitable for branded 2ml hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, transparent housing colors, surface finishes and retail packaging can be developed according to specific OEM and ODM requirements.
