The FLD014 is a compact dual-tank disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available in 0.5ml × 2 and 1.0ml × 2 configurations, providing a total capacity of 1.0ml or 2.0ml. Its center post-free dual-tank structure supports a clean internal layout and flexible dual-formulation product development.
The device features a 1.8Ω resistance and supports both draw activation and button activation. The button can be used to control the heating output according to the configured operating sequence.
Based on the supplied configuration, the heating system operates at 3.2V during a button hold of approximately 1–4 seconds, with the output changing to 2.8V at the four-second point. A white indicator light provides operating feedback. The exact timing and output behavior should be confirmed before publishing the final technical specification.
Powered by a 280mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD014 includes a Type-C charging port. Its compact body measures 88.72 × 24.08 × 15.21mm and weighs only 25.6g.
Custom logo printing, device colors, tank configuration, output settings, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
