The FLD019 is a compact rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available in 0.9ml, 1.1ml and 1.8ml capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration according to their target market and product positioning.
The device features a 1.2Ω resistance and a constant 3.2V output, designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation. Its oil-intake configuration uses four Φ2.0mm openings to support oil flow and coil saturation.
Powered by a 280mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD019 includes a Type-C charging port for convenient recharging. The device weighs only 20.5g, providing a lightweight and portable hardware format.
The housing and mouthpiece are manufactured from PC, while the tank uses PCTG material. Custom logo printing, device colors, tank capacity, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
