The FLD025 is an ultra-slim and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 1.0ml tank capacity, a 1.4Ω resistance and a 3.7V ± 0.1V output. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
The device incorporates a 4 × 1.6mm oil-intake configuration to support oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 250mAh battery, the FLD025 measures 100 × 17.1 × 8.3mm and weighs only 17g. Its slim rectangular structure provides a lightweight and portable format suitable for compact branded hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, surface finishes and retail packaging can be developed according to specific OEM and ODM requirements.
