The FLD034 is a compact and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available with 1.0ml or 2.0ml capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration according to different product positioning and market requirements.
The device features a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant output of 3.7V ± 0.1V. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
Its 4 × 1.8mm oil-intake configuration supports stable oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 300mAh battery, the FLD034 measures 70.5 × 23.5 × 13mm and weighs only 18g. Its compact rectangular body provides a lightweight and portable format suitable for customized 1ml and 2ml hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, capacity configurations, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
