The FLD035 is a compact and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available with 1.0ml or 2.0ml capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration according to different market requirements and product positioning.
The device features a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant output of 3.7V ± 0.1V. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
Its 4 × 1.8mm oil-intake configuration supports stable oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 280mAh battery, the FLD035 measures 69 × 23.5 × 13mm and weighs only 18g. Its compact rectangular structure provides a lightweight and portable hardware format suitable for customized 1ml and 2ml device programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, capacity configurations, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
