The FLD039 is a compact and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available with 0.8ml, 1.0ml and 2.0ml capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration according to different product requirements and target markets.
The device features a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant 3.6V output. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
Its 4 × 2.0mm oil-intake configuration supports stable oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 280mAh battery, the FLD039 measures 66.54 × 21.90 × 12.23mm and weighs only 15.7g. Its compact rectangular body provides a lightweight and portable hardware format.
