The FLD010 is a slim rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available with 1.0ml or 2.0ml capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration according to their product positioning and target market.
The device features a 1.8Ω resistance and a constant 3.6V output, providing controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation. Its draw-activated operation offers simple button-free use, while the Type-C charging port supports convenient recharging.
The FLD010 incorporates a SUS316L component with a 4 × 1.4mm oil-intake configuration. Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 280mAh rechargeable battery, the device measures 99.1 × 22.44 × 10.53mm and weighs only 20.6g, providing a slim and lightweight format suitable for everyday carrying.
