The FLD020 is a compact rechargeable dual-tank disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available in 0.5ml × 2 and 0.9ml × 2 configurations, providing a total capacity of 1.0ml or 1.8ml. The dual-tank structure supports single-tank and dual-tank output configurations within one compact device.
The FLD020 features a 1.8Ω resistance and three color-coded voltage levels. Each power level provides a separately configured output for single-tank and dual-tank operation.
In the red mode, the device outputs 2.7V during single-tank operation and 2.6V during dual-tank operation. The blue mode provides 2.9V for single-tank operation and 2.8V for dual-tank operation. The green mode provides 3.1V for single-tank operation and 3.0V for dual-tank operation.
Powered by a 280mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD020 includes a Type-C charging port. Its compact body measures 59.5 × 34.0 × 16.8mm and weighs only 23g.
The housing and mouthpiece are manufactured from PC, while the tanks use PCTG material. Custom logo printing, device colors, voltage configurations, tank capacity and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
Final hardware and oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
