The FLD029 is an ultra-slim and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 2.0ml tank capacity, a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant output of 3.7V ± 0.1V. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
The device incorporates a 4 × 1.6mm oil-intake configuration to support oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 250mAh battery, the FLD029 measures 100 × 17.1 × 8.3mm and weighs only 17g. Its ultra-thin rectangular body provides a lightweight and highly portable format suitable for compact 2ml hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, surface finishes and retail packaging can be developed according to specific OEM and ODM requirements.
