The FLD038 is a compact dual-tank disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available in two capacity configurations: 0.8ml + 0.8ml or 1.0ml + 1.0ml, providing a total capacity of 1.6ml or 2.0ml. The dual-tank structure supports customized two-chamber hardware programs and flexible formulation configurations.
The device features a 1.5Ω resistance and a constant 2.8V output. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with compatible oil formulations.
Its 5.0 × 6.0mm oil-intake configuration is designed to support oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 350mAh battery, the FLD038 measures 77.04 × 42.36 × 19.54mm and weighs 39.2g. Its compact rectangular body provides a portable format suitable for customized dual-tank hardware projects.
Custom logo printing, device colors, tank configurations, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM programs.
