The FLD040 is a compact and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 2.0ml tank capacity, a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant 3.6V output. This configuration is designed to deliver controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
The device incorporates a 4.5 × 6.0mm oil-intake configuration designed to support stable oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 280mAh battery, the FLD040 measures 73.40 × 30 × 11.07mm and weighs only 20.8g. Its slim rectangular body provides a lightweight and portable format suitable for customized 2ml hardware programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
