It is available with 2.0ml, 2.5ml and 3.5ml tank capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration for different markets and product requirements.
The device features a 1.2Ω mesh ceramic coil designed to support consistent oil absorption, balanced heating and smooth vapor output. A preheat function helps prepare the heating system before use, particularly when paired with compatible concentrated-oil formulations.
Powered by a 400mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD006 includes a Type-C charging port for convenient recharging. Its slim body measures 20.5 × 11 × 112mm, providing a compact and portable pen-style format.
The hardware incorporates a sealing-oriented, leak-resistant structure. Final oil compatibility and leakage performance should be confirmed through filling, soaking, transportation and vapor testing before mass production.
Custom device colors, logo printing, tank capacity, coil configuration and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
