The FLD016 is a compact rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 1.0ml tank with a center post-free internal structure, providing a clean hardware format for customized disposable device projects.
The FLD016 is available with 1.5Ω or 1.8Ω resistance options, allowing the heating configuration to be selected according to the intended oil formulation and performance requirements. Its draw-activated operation provides simple button-free use, while the constant 3.5V output supports stable power delivery.
A white indicator light provides operating feedback. The built-in 280mAh rechargeable battery and Type-C charging port support convenient recharging.
The device measures 82.2 × 16.6 × 32mm and weighs 31.2g. Custom logo printing, device colors, resistance configuration, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
