The FLD024 is a compact rechargeable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 0.9ml cartridge configuration and a 1.2Ω resistance, providing controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation. The SUS316L internal component uses a 4 × 1.4mm oil-intake configuration to support oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation.
The device uses draw activation for simple button-free operation and provides a constant 3.2V output. A built-in 280mAh rechargeable battery and Type-C charging port support convenient everyday use.
Measuring 90.1 × 28 × 15.4mm and weighing 30g, the FLD024 offers a compact and portable hardware format. The device body and cartridges can be packed separately to support different wholesale, filling and private-label programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, cartridge appearance, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
