The FLD028 is a compact and lightweight disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It features a 2.0ml tank capacity, a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant output of 3.7V ± 0.1V. This configuration is designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation.
The device incorporates a 4 × 2.0mm oil-intake configuration to support oil flow and consistent heating-system saturation. Final compatibility should be verified through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 300mAh battery, the FLD028 measures 79 × 28 × 16.6mm and weighs 28g. Its compact rectangular body provides a portable hardware format suitable for customized 2ml disposable device programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, surface finishes and retail packaging can be developed according to specific OEM and ODM requirements.
