The FLD004 is a 3-in-1 disposable vape hardware platform featuring a center post-free triple-tank design. It is available in two capacity configurations: 0.6ml × 3 or 1.0ml × 3, providing a total capacity of 1.8ml or 3.0ml.
Each tank uses a 1.2Ω resistance configuration to support controlled heating performance. The device provides two output modes with different voltage settings for single, dual and triple operation.
In Mode 1, the output is 3.2V ± 0.1V for single operation, 3.1V ± 0.1V for dual operation and 2.8V ± 0.1V for triple operation. In Mode 2, the output is 3.4V ± 0.1V for single operation, 3.1V ± 0.1V for dual operation and 2.8V ± 0.1V for triple operation.
The built-in 400mAh rechargeable battery and Type-C charging port provide convenient power support. Its compact PC housing measures 76.3 × 43.0 × 19.5mm and weighs 40g.
The tanks are manufactured from PCTG1501, while the housing and mouthpiece are made from PC. Custom logo printing, device colors, output configuration, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
