The FLD022 is a rechargeable dual-tank disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available in 0.5ml × 2 and 0.85ml × 2 configurations, providing a total capacity of 1.0ml or 1.7ml. Its center post-free dual-tank structure supports single-tank, dual-tank and dual-formulation product development within one compact device.
The FLD022 features a 1.8Ω resistance and draw-activated operation. In single-tank mode, the device provides a constant output of 3.0V ± 0.1V. In dual-tank mode, the output is 2.8V ± 0.1V. A 1.8V ± 0.1V preheat mode helps prepare the heating system before normal operation.
Powered by a 280mAh rechargeable battery, the FLD022 includes a Type-C charging port. Its cylindrical body measures 20.1mm in diameter and 91.1mm in height, with a net weight of 28g.
The housing and mouthpiece are manufactured from PC, while the tanks use PCTG1501 material. Custom logo printing, device colors, tank configurations, output settings and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
