The FLD015 is a compact rechargeable disposable vape hardware platform developed for OEM, ODM and private-label product programs.
It is available with 1.0ml or 2.0ml capacity options, allowing brands to select a suitable configuration according to their target market and product positioning.
The device features a 1.4Ω resistance and a constant 3.6V output, designed to provide controlled heating performance when matched with a compatible oil formulation. Draw activation enables simple button-free operation, while the white indicator light provides clear operating feedback.
The FLD015 incorporates a SUS316L component with a 4 × 1.5mm oil-intake configuration. Final oil compatibility should be confirmed through filling, soaking, leakage, clogging and vapor-performance testing before mass production.
Powered by a 260mAh rechargeable battery, the device includes a Type-C charging port for convenient recharging. Its compact body measures 63.55 × 21.8 × 12.3mm and weighs only 15.9g, making it one of the lighter hardware options for portable product programs.
Custom logo printing, device colors, capacity configurations, surface finishes and retail packaging are available for OEM and ODM projects.
